What are the differences between the three packages?
The Essential (RM399) package offers more value with two designers, two initial logo concepts, and unlimited revisions and redesigns, along with a Lifetime Originality Guarantee and a RM200 trademark voucher.
The Professional (RM1299) package is our most complete logo design solution. It includes five initial logo concepts, a brand discovery session, a brand consultant plus two dedicated designers on your project, brand style guide, business card design and printing, trademark search, and more—perfect for businesses looking to establish a full visual identity.
Which package is more suitable for me?
Starter (RM299): Perfect if you’re just starting out and need a clean, professional logo on a budget. Ideal for personal brands, freelancers, or early-stage startups.
Essential (RM399): Our most popular choice. Great for small businesses or startups that want more creative options (2 designers, 2 concepts) and the freedom to revise or even redesign until it feels just right. Comes with a Lifetime Originality Guarantee and added trademark value.
Professional (RM1299): Best for businesses serious about brand building. It includes everything from logo design to a full brand style guide, business card printing, and trademark search. Ideal for those who want to launch with a full visual identity, not just a logo.
How long will it take to receive my logo?
For Starter Package, you will receive your initial logo concept within 3-5 working days after submitting your brief.
For Essential and Professional Package, you’ll receive your initial logo concepts within 1–3 working days after submitting your brief.
What if I don’t like the logo concepts?
If the initial concepts don’t resonate with you, you have two options: you can request a revision or a redesign. A revision involves making adjustments to the existing concept—like changing the font, colors, or layout. A redesign, on the other hand, means starting fresh with a completely new concept and creative direction.
Unlike many design firms that only allow minor tweaks, we’re different—we offer both revisions and full redesigns. The number of revisions and redesigns depends on the package that you chose.
For Essential and Professional Packages, revisions and redesigns are unlimited. If needed, we’ll even assign a new designer to bring a fresh perspective. Our goal is simple: to make sure you walk away with a logo you genuinely love.
How long will it take for revisions and redesigns?
Minor revisions—such as changing colors, fonts, spacing, or layout—typically take just 1 working day. Major revisions, which involve altering the overall structure or visual direction, or complete redesigns, are delivered within 1–3 working days.
We don’t believe in dragging things out—it’s in our best interest to get your logo right and delivered as soon as possible.
Is the logo truly original?
Yes. Every logo we design is 100% original, crafted from scratch by our designers. We do not use templates or copy designs from the internet.
We take originality seriously, which is why we’re proud to be the only logo design firm in Malaysia that offers an “Originality Guarantee” (for Essential and Professional Packages only). Your logo will be uniquely yours, designed to reflect your brand and stand out from the rest.
How does your Originality Guarantee works?
Under this guarantee, we use our best efforts to ensure that every logo we create is original and thoughtfully crafted to reflect your brand. All designs are developed in-house with close attention to your brief, industry, and business identity.
Our Originality Guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the logo. If at any point your logo is found to closely resemble another brand or existing artwork, we will provide a full redesign at no additional cost. What files will I receive?
You’ll receive high-resolution files in AI, PNG and JPG—suitable for print, digital, and all branding use cases. Should you require any additional file format, feel free to request from us!
Do you include trademark support?
If I decide to engage you, how does the process go from here?
Once payment is made, we’ll send you a short form to learn more about your business and preferences. From there, two of our designers will be assigned to your project, and we’ll create a WhatsApp group for easy communication. You’ll receive two initial logo concepts within 1–3 working days (for Essential and Professional Packages) and 3-5 working days (for Starter Package). After that, you can provide feedback and we’ll revise—or redesign entirely. It’s a collaborative process, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Can I ask for a refund if I’m still not satisfied after multiple revisions?
While we’re confident in the quality of our work, we understand that design is a subjective process. Because of this, we do not offer refunds. Each logo project involves real time, thought, and care from our team—our designers take every project seriously and invest significant creative effort to craft something meaningful for your brand.
That said, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. That’s why we include unlimited revisions and complete redesigns at no extra cost (for Essential and Professional Packages). And if needed, we’ll assign a new designer to provide a fresh take. As long as we keep the communication open, we’ll continue working with you until you’re truly happy with the final result.
